If you get a message saying an account already exists, but password reset doesn’t work — we’ll check that for you.

📩 Send us a clear photo of your ID (front and back) via our contact form or email it to customersupport@tipico.de.
We’ll verify if a Tipico account is already linked to your details.

🌍 You don’t live in Germany

Registration is only possible with a residential address in Germany.
Using a VPN can make it look like you’re in another country – please turn it off and try again.

🔞 You’re under 18

To register, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you’re not yet of age, creating an account isn’t allowed.
