Why was my document rejected?

If your document was rejected, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The document is expired or damaged
  • The information is incomplete or difficult to read
  • The photo is blurry, too dark, or has glare
  • The edges are missing or the document is cropped
  • An invalid document was uploaded (e.g. a screenshot or handwritten note)
