You want to verify your phone number but didn’t receive a code?

That might be because your phone number isn’t stored correctly in your account.

If you can’t log in, you can reach out to us via Messenger and provide an ID document – we’ll then update or add your phone number for you.

You can also email us with your request to change or add your phone number. Just attach your ID document, and we’ll take care of it.
