How do I save my payment details?

To make a deposit in your account, click on <Deposit>, select one of the available payment methods, and choose the desired amount.

Once the deposit is completed, the respective payment method is saved in the system for future transactions.

 Why is my payment method no longer displayed?

Payment methods are automatically removed if they have not been used for 180 days. To reactivate your payment method, make a minimum deposit of €10.00. Then contact us in the Messenger to unlock the amount.

Why do I need to verify my credit card?

Credit card payments need to be verified once. This is quick and easy. Once you click on <Verify Card> when depositing with a credit card, you will be automatically redirected to our partner Jumio.

Please ensure that the card number and your name are visible on the same side of the card for successful verification. Manual verification is not possible. The verification takes only a few minutes.

If you possess a virtual credit card and/or the card number and your name are not on the same side, we additionally require a credit card statement from you. This statement must show your name, company/bank logo, date, and part of the card number.
