Help with logging in?

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it quickly and easily.

You will need your registered date of birth and either your username or your registered email address.

Do you receive the error message “Incorrect login details”?

This error message often appears when the password is entered incorrectly or the auto-fill function fills it in incorrectly.

Please try entering the password manually, temporarily disable the auto-fill function in your device settings, or click on “Reset Password”.

Password requirements?

The more characters and variations your password has, the more secure it is.

Your password must meet the following requirements:

• At least 8 characters
• A combination of uppercase and lowercase letters
• At least 2 digits
• One special character (!“#$%&’*+./-…)

It is also advisable to change your password regularly.

Never share your password with others. Tipico will never ask you for it!

Forgot your username?

To log in to your Tipico account, the username is not necessarily required.

You can also log in with your registered email address.

Once you are logged in again, you can view your username under <Account> → <My Data> → <User Data>.

Forgot your email address?

You can edit your email address in your account under <My Account> and <My Data>.

Each email address can only be registered once. If you receive an error message, please use a different email address.

To change your email address for you, please write to us from your new email address at: customersupport@tipico.de 

Include the following:

• A photo of the front and back of your valid ID, residence permit, or passport
• Your username (if you know it)
• A clear request to change your email address in the account

After verification, you will receive a link to activate and confirm the new email address.

Tipico email in the spam folder?

It can happen that your email provider classifies the confirmation email as spam.

Therefore, also check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation email after registration or change.

Mark Tipico as a trusted sender to ensure that future emails do not end up in your spam folder.
