To start our Messenger in the app, simply scroll down. There you’ll find the “Contact us” button.
On a computer or desktop version, you’ll find the contact button in the top right corner. Click “Start Messenger”, choose a category, and begin the support chat.
If you have login issues, please have a valid ID document ready so we can verify you quickly in the Messenger.
