How can I reactivate my account after a self-exclusion?

  • For indefinite self-exclusions (self-imposed or third-party), the request can be made no earlier than one year after the exclusion.
  • The reactivation of a temporary self-exclusion can only be requested after the individually chosen duration has expired.
