How to keep your account active and data up to date
To keep your account active, you need to regularly confirm your personal information. This includes completing the Yearly Data Confirmation and ensuring that your documents are up to date and have not expired.
🔄 What is the Yearly Data Confirmation? 365 days after your last confirmation, you will be asked during login to review and confirm your personal information. If any details have changed, you can update them directly.
❗ What happens if you do not complete the Yearly Data Confirmation? Your account will be deactivated, and you will see the window to check your details. You can easily reactivate your account by confirming.
📄 What if your documents expire? If your ID is expired, you’ll see a banner on your account. You can still use your account, but you should update your document as soon as possible. Here’s how:
Log in Go to Account > Verification Upload a valid document
