Have you forgotten your email address?

You can edit your email address in your account under <My Account> and <My Details>.

Each email address can only be registered once. If you receive an error message, please use a different email address.

To have us change your email address for you, please write to us from your new email address at: kundenservice@tipico.de

Please include the following:

  • A photo of the front and back of your valid ID, residence permit, or passport
  • Your username (if you know it)
  • A clear request to change the email address in your account

After verification, you will receive a link to activate and confirm the new email address.
