Was your connection interrupted while playing?

Please restore your internet connection and log back into the game using the same device/browser.

In most of the cases, the game round is already completed. If you won, the winnings will be automatically credited to your account. You can view your game rounds under Account > Transactions History. 

If you suspect an error in a game round, please contact us. Provide the game round number, date, time, and a brief description of the error. 

Where can I find the ID for my game round?

Select <Account> and then <Transactions History>.

Set the filter and search for your game round. Click on the down arrow, and you will find the ID there.
