What should I do if my documents are expiring or have already expired?

To keep your Tipico account active and unrestricted, it’s important that your identification documents are valid and up to date.

🔄 What happens when your documents expire?

If your ID is about to expire or has already expired, you’ll see a banner in your account:

“Your ID expired.
Verify easily and quickly to keep your account active.”

You can continue using your account for now, but we recommend updating your documents as soon as possible to avoid future limitations.

📤 How to update your documents

  1. Log in to your Tipico account
  2. Go to Account > Verification
  3. Upload a valid identification document

Accepted documents:

  • National ID card (front and back, including temporary)
  • Residence permit (front and back, including temporary)
  • Passport (only with additional proof of address)

Valid proof of address (for passport only):

  • Bank statement
  • Utility bill (electricity, gas, landline)
  • Registration certificate

📌 Important: Your proof of address must not be older than 6 months.

🛡️ Why is this important?

Verifying your identity helps protect your account and ensures compliance with legal requirements.
👉 To avoid any limitations, please re-verify your documents if they are expiring or have already expired.
