Error during bank account verification – here’s what you can do

If you receive an error message stating that your name does not match and you’re unable to verify your bank account or request a withdrawal, please make a deposit of at least €10 via bank transfer/instant transfer. We will then release this amount without requiring you to wager it, allowing us to save your bank details. Just contact us in the messenger, and we’ll take care of it.

Important: Withdrawals using this method are only possible from €25.
